My research focuses on how people experience stress, support, motivation, and well-being in real-life contexts. In my research, I use survey, diary, and statistical modeling methods to identify behavioral patterns, psychological needs, and group differences. Across these projects, I turn complex behavioral data into clear, human-centered insights that can support better decisions, systems, and services.
